Competition Terms & Conditions
- Who we are. These competitions are run by Bricks & Stitches [full company name and registered address]. Each competition has its own page that sets out the prize, the closing time and any extra rules. Those details are part of these terms.
- Who can enter. You must be 18 or over and live in the UK. You'll need a UK mobile number to enter. People who work for Bricks & Stitches or the partner named on the competition page can't enter. It's one entry per person for each competition. Duplicate or automated entries may be removed.
- How to enter. Complete the entry form on the competition page before the closing time. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Entries made after the closing time can't be counted. We aren't responsible for entries that are lost or delayed.
- Choosing the winners. Winners are chosen at random from all valid entries after the competition closes. Every valid entry has an equal chance. The number of winners and what each one receives are shown on the competition page.
- Telling the winners. We'll email the winners at the address they entered within [number] days of the closing time. If a winner doesn't reply within [number] days we may choose another winner. [When and how prizes will be sent.]
- The prize. The prize is as described on the competition page. There's no cash alternative and it can't be transferred or exchanged. If we can't provide the prize we'll offer a similar one of equal or greater value. For ticket prizes the tickets are only valid for the day chosen on the entry form. Travel and other costs aren't included. The event organiser's own rules apply on the day.
- Your details. We use your details to run the competition and contact winners. For ticket prizes we pass the winners' names and email addresses to the event organiser so the tickets can be issued. We only send you marketing if you tick the box for it and you can unsubscribe at any time. If a competition names a partner and you tick their box we'll share your name and email address with them for their own marketing. They're responsible for how they use it. - Changes. We won't change these terms or the closing time after a competition opens unless something outside our control makes it unavoidable. If that happens we'll tell entrants and update the page.
- General. Our decision is final on all matters relating to the competition. This doesn't affect your legal rights. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
